Salsa Avocado Breakfast Scramble Recipe

Ingredients and Instructions:

• 4 large eggs or egg substitute
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1 avocado diced
• 1 jar of Old Julian Avocado Co. Roasted Red Pepper, Corn and Black Bean Salsa
• 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
• Mix Eggs in bowl
• Add to medium heat pan to scramble
• When eggs start to fluff add all remaining ingredients to pan
• Scramble and serve
