Tuna Avocado Melt Recipe

Ingredients and Instructions:

• 1 can solid white tuna
• 1 Tbls. garlic pepper
• 1 avocado sliced
• 1 - 2 slices of pepper jack cheese
• 2 Tbls. Olive Oil
• Pre heat pan medium high
• Add olive oil
• Add tuna cook 2 minutes on each side or until brown
• Add garlic pepper each side
• Add cheese to top, cook until melted
• Top with Avocado slices
• Makes a great sandwich or livens up any salad
